Director of Cybersecurity Operations

Job Description:
Lululemon is seeking a highly experienced Director of Cybersecurity Operations to lead our global cybersecurity team. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a cybersecurity operations or incident response subject matter leadership role. They will be responsible for designing and implementing systems and processes to provide full visibility across the globe on cyber threats and alerting.
This role also involves driving the incident response plan for the organization, determining what to invest and divest in, creating a roadmap for cybersecurity operations, and working closely with security partners and peers in the industry to identify a path to success.
Key responsibilities include building a full-functioning global cyber operations center, managing cloud security infrastructure, providing security guidance and training, ensuring compliance and audit readiness, and leading and motivating teams.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Cybersecurity Incident Manager, leading a SOC team while liaising with technology, legal, and business teams through security incidents.
They will be capable of developing long-term cybersecurity operations strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends, anticipating future threats, and proactively implementing measures to address them.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $182,000-$238,900, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
