We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our Clinical Group at Jane, a remote-first company dedicated to simplifying the lives of healthcare practitioners and patients. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge solutions that enable practitioners to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a driven, experienced, and collaborative team that is empowering Jane's partners and customers to further our mission of Helping the Helpers. In this role, you will help develop the Charting SDK, enabling our technology partners to create discipline-specific chart records within Jane. You will work alongside a diverse product development group to lay the foundation for the Jane Developer Platform, accelerating the extensibility of Jane across teams and domains.
Key Responsibilities- Refactor the existing code base to address technical debt and make Jane more extensible and testable.
- Champion values like ownership, code quality, code testability, and customer focus to help form a highly performant team that delivers a delightful experience to our partners and practitioners.
- Contribute to product designs, architectural decisions, and agile process adoption.
- Help practitioners focus on helping their patients improve the quality of their lives.
- At least 3 years of experience with an agile software development lifecycle for a SaaS product.
- Experience learning and adopting technical standards.
- Experience developing APIs and SDKs for external technology partners.
- Experience in early-stage product development and in larger, structured company environments.
- Full stack development experience with demonstrable frontend and backend development experience.
