Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the GDT team, ensuring alignment with our company's overall business strategy and objectives.
- Data Strategy and Operations: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that supports our business goals, including the design and implementation of data governance frameworks, data quality initiatives, and data analytics solutions.
- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Analytics and Insights: Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics and data science solutions to drive business insights and inform decision-making.
- Team Management: Manage and develop a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategy, operating models, process engineering, enterprise organizational change management, training, analytics transformations, and data management.
- Skills: Proficient in modern data and cloud technologies, including Azure, GCP, and AWS. Advanced level of proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Co-Pilot. Experience integrating business and technology teams.
- Communication: Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-focused language.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of data analysts and scientists.
