About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Strategy and Reporting to join our Global Data Technology (GDT) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of our Global Data strategy and providing strategic insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead a small offshore team to drive the reporting and maintenance of data and metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize and maintain a comprehensive set of strategic and operations and performance metrics
  • Provide data analysis and insights on key performance metric indicators to ensure alignment to our strategy
  • Develop key management reports and Point-of-View's on technology trends and fostering a best-in-class data strategy
  • Support the learning and development approach and execution for GDT team members
  • Redesign the GDT communications strategy and execution across teams
  • Champion Global Data people engagement strategy design and execution
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' professional experience in strategy, operating models, process engineering, enterprise organizational change management, training, analytics transformations, and data management
  • Proficient solid understanding of modern data and cloud technologies
  • High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and Co-Pilot
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Viva Engage
  • Experience integrating business and technology teams
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about people development, including team engagements, training and development
  • Advanced data, change management, project management, talent and training strategy and analytical skills
  • Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions
  • Remains current with emerging technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence, innovations and practices within the data and analytics industry
