An Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall management of the team. The right candidate will be responsible for staff management, assigning duties, and planning budgets while monitoring revenues and expenses.
Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure seamless team operations.

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor impact.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a skilled and productive team.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Green job, involving duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
