Assistant Manager

At Erin Esso, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, with a focus on assigning duties and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient workflow
- Study market research and trends to inform business decisions
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, aligning with company goals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff as needed
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
