About the Opportunity

We offer a unique opportunity for Real Estate Agents to work with a high-volume outside sales position, providing leads and clients. Our team has integrated the newest technology and innovation to exceed client expectations and create a high client return rate. You'll have access to a database of over 100,000 leads, competitive pay, and an exclusive low brokerage fee structure.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with leads and clients via phone, text, email, and in-person.
  • Follow our systems and processes to nurture clients and do high-volume sales.
  • Represent buyers and sellers, acting in their best interest.
  • Build relationships with new prospective clients.
  • Prepare and attend appointments for buyers (showings) and seller appointments.
  • Support clients throughout the home selling/buying experience.
Qualifications
  • Valid Real Estate License.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • No Real Estate experience required; we have a proven track record of training brand new agents to become top producers.
  • Proficient with technology.
  • Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, multitasking, and time management.
  • People skills and a desire to succeed and help clients reach their real estate goals.
  • Integrity and honesty.
