Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent with our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with leads and clients via phone, text, email, and in-person meetings.
  • FOLLOWING OUR SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES to nurture clients and achieve high-volume sales.
  • Representing buyers and sellers, acting in their best interest, and building strong relationships.
  • Preparing and attending appointments for buyers and sellers.
  • Supporting clients throughout the home buying and selling process.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Real Estate License.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Self-motivation, self-management, and a drive for performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • People skills and a desire to succeed and help clients achieve their real estate goals.
