Job Title: Delivery Management Coordinator

The Opportunity:
  • Assist project managers in planning, driving, and supervising IT projects, including developing project plans, timelines, prioritization, and risk management.
  • Coordinate project communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects using Agile methodologies, participate in daily standup meetings, and provide updates on project progress and impediments.
  • Ensure smooth IT service delivery to end-users, coordinate incident and problem management, and document standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Support budget management for IT products and services, work with business partners and vendors to drive continuous improvements, and participate in community and corporate events.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience program (Bachelor's degree) with a Co-op component (preferably in the Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, Computer Engineering, Business Technology Management field).
  • Must have completed at least 2 years of academic study.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and familiarity with Google suite components. Possesses strong listening, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Enjoys working in an Agile environment with large cross-functional global teams, and is team-oriented.
  • Shows a desire to learn more in IT Project Management, Delivery, and IT Service Management. Has the strive to work autonomously, navigate roadblocks, and implement innovative IT business solutions.
Preferred:
  • Preferable experience: to have at least one prior Co-op or Internship experience.
