Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient service delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Determine Type of Services to be Offered: Analyze customer needs and preferences to determine the types of services to be offered, including menu items, promotions, and events.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of restaurant staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
- Cost Products and Services: Analyze and manage the costs of food, labor, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Participate in Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
