Restaurant Operations Manager

At Subway, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we receive the best quality products at competitive prices.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, promoting our brand and increasing sales.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive and resolution-focused experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers feel valued and appreciated.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work as part of a team, supporting and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
