Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at The Fusion Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on restaurant operations and performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced and physically demanding conditions.
- Language: English.
