**Responsibilities**

* Balance cash and complete financial reports to ensure accurate accounting and compliance with regulations
* Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and identify areas for improvement
* Cost products and services to optimize profitability and minimize waste
* Enforce liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive sales growth
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution

**Requirements**

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
