We are looking for competitive, results achieving QSR or Fast-Casual Pro to join our District Manager team.

You will be in an immersive job with the opportunity to build and lead teams, supporting growth in the Aylmer market, all while delivering best in class operations in a fast-paced business.

We are a 24/7 business and are looking for people who thrive under those conditions.

This job is working in the field with all levels of our team, delivering results at our restaurants.

Success in this job looks like:

- Growing top line sales through operational excellence
- Exceeding internal and external operations metrics
- Preparing the team for top corporate audit marks
- Driving profitability through the entire P&L (COGS, labour, operating expenses)
- Recruiting, training and building top performing leaders and teams
- Ability to support across multiple areas of a growing business

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Delivering exceptional P&L performance
- Team training and development
- System implementation and follow-up
- Internal operations audit
- Speed of service
- Guest service
- Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety standards training, compliance and follow-up

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
