Construction Painters Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Painters Supervisor to join our team at Shree Construction Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to lead construction projects and supervise a team of workers.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and submit production reports to ensure timely project completion.
  • Supervise workers on-site, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
  • Oversee apprenticeship training programs to develop skills and knowledge among team members.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance job performance and productivity.
  • Operate computer-aided design (CADD) software and other technology systems to streamline project planning and execution.
  • Set up and maintain equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Estimate costs and material requirements to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures, as needed.
  • Review blueprints and drawings to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and supplies, managing inventory levels and tracking expenses.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-6 months of experience in construction supervision or management.
  • College diploma or CEGEP certification in a relevant field, such as construction technology or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using project management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
