Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans, ensuring alignment with Council's Vision, Mission, and Strategic Priorities
  • Recommend policies, plans, and programs that benefit residents, employing innovative, accountable, and fiscally sound techniques
  • Lead a dedicated staff team, fostering a workplace culture focused on service excellence, innovative thinking, and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a small to medium-sized public or private sector organization
  • Exceptional communication skills and political acumen to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement forward-thinking strategies for meaningful growth and effective municipal operations
  • Strong understanding of municipal operations, strategic planning, and community development
