Pay Rate: $40 - $52 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Specialist to join our team at IKON Complete Inc. As a Control Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for developing control designs and electrical schematics, commissioning and testing machines and equipment at the client site, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop control designs and electrical schematics
  • Commission and test machines and equipment at the client site
  • Robot programming and configuration of multiple manufacturers' industrial robots
  • Develop PLC/HMI/SCADA programs using various platforms
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Manage client relationships and project scope as needed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post Secondary education in electrical engineering, controls, or a related field
  • 7+ related Controls Specialist experience
  • Knowledge of different programming software (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, etc.)
  • Technical understanding of SCADA, motion control, and peripheral systems
  • Able to travel locally and internationally as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
