About the Opportunity

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is a leading supplier of custom equipment, process systems, and engineering consultant services for the Nuclear industry in Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team that supports our mission to provide clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and analyze electrical systems for nuclear power plants, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement electrical system designs, including instrumentation and controls, and system wiring.
  3. Collaborate with internal functional groups to obtain information necessary to perform work assignments.
  4. Plan and schedule work to meet assignment requirements.
  5. Evaluate, select, and utilize standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria for development of engineering design documents.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  2. Licensed member of Professional Engineers Ontario.
  3. 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
