Cable Installation Specialist

CAT Technologies is seeking a skilled Cable Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining aerial and underground telephone equipment, inspecting and testing cable signals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment, including cable modems and software to enable Internet access.
- Cable Signal Testing: Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Network Troubleshooting: Identify and repair transmission faults, and test equipment to locate issues.
- Physical Demands: Climb and work aloft on poles, ladders, or other support structures, and connect, disconnect, and relocate cable outlets.
- Work Planning: Determine work assignments and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
