At Quesada Burritos And Tacos, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training new team members, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance

Requirements:
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
