Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker - Building Maintenance to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs. They will also be responsible for washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience. They will also have the ability to work with minimal supervision and be physically demanding. The successful candidate will be required to wear a uniform and steel-toed safety boots.
The working conditions for this position will include repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling. The weight handling for this position will be up to 9 kg (20 lbs). The personal suitability for this position will include dependability, flexibility, judgement, organized, and reliability.
The benefits for this position will include a health care plan, bonus, and pension plan. The working hours for this position will be 40 hours per week. The language of work will be English or French.
