Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Registered Physiotherapist to join our team as a Virtual Physiotherapist. This exciting opportunity allows you to work with clients remotely, providing high-quality care and support from the comfort of your own space.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to ensure effective care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Communicate with referral sources and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program
  • ADP authorization is a strong asset
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance
