Digital Transformation Manager for Enterprise Client Success

Wayfinder is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to spearhead the success of our enterprise clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-talent-density team and contribute to the creation of AI-driven, highly interactive products with a simple user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, providing support, answering questions, and ensuring they are fully utilizing our products/services.
  • Conduct product training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to help clients maximize their understanding and usage of our offerings.
  • Act as the primary contact for any software issues or bugs reported by clients. Work closely with the Product team to ensure timely resolution of these issues.
  • Manage the overall implementation of our products across enterprise clients, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption of the software.
Requirements
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in managing complex projects.
  • Strong customer relationship/account management skills with ability to handle senior leaders and set expectations.
  • Able to travel (if needed) to clients to support trainings/workshops.
  • Ability to train new clients and users + manage roll out schedules.
  • Motivated to get the user experience right.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in consultancy.
  • Obsessed with great UI/UX.
  • Love to code, and understand that shipped code is better than perfect code.
