About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing complex technical programs across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, and operations, to drive program success.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Communicate program status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery.
