Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
  • Office Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensure the office is well-organized, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
