Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that high-quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience in our food and beverage services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Willingness to Relocate: Willing to relocate to Kenora, Ontario.
