  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure seamless service.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
