Senior Talent Sourcer

As a key member of our Expert Services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition and nurturing marketing strategies for passive and active talent within our talent communities. You will also be responsible for creating and executing creative recruitment tactics to generate new leads for our Talent Acquisition team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies. You will have a broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools. You will also have experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time and understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on job position requirements.
- Identify and attract a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, and complex internet searches.
- Manage referral sources and other identified sourcing channels.
- Document research methods for sharing with other recruiting team members.
- Train other recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups, and sites.
- Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies.
- Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools.
- Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions.
- Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time.
- Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies.
- Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
- Exceptional internal and external customer service skills.
- Diplomatic and tactful communication style.
- Business and results orientation with a passion for people.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
