Job Title: Senior Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Sourcer to join our team at Talent Solutions RPO. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition and nurturing marketing strategies for passive and active talent within our talent communities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies based on job position requirements
  • Identify and attract a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, and database mining
  • Manage referral sources and other identified sourcing channels
  • Document research methods for sharing with other recruiting team members
  • Train other recruitment team members on new internet sites, blogs, and networking groups

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plans and develop strategies to identify pipeline candidates for hard-to-fill positions
  2. Identify, screen, and submit qualified candidates to the recruiting team based on job descriptions

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing sourcing strategies for various positions and geographies
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated success in utilizing internet and social media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools
  • Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions
  • Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding and experience using recruiting-related technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and assessment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional internal and external customer service skills
  • Diplomatic and tactful communication style
  • Business and results orientation with a passion for people
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Salary: $45,000 - $75,000 USD
