We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RACF Engineer to join our team at ALLTECH CONSULTING SVC INC. As a Senior RACF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing projects aligned with the RACF security function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with design and execution of projects aligned with the RACF security function.
  • Provide security guidance to users while engineering solutions.
  • Coach RACF team members.
  • Assist the Security Architecture and RACF engineering and policy teams in developing technical solutions to business problems based on security best practices.
  • Support Firm's mainframe initiatives related to authentication, authorization, automation, and sensitive data protection.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related work experience as a RACF Engineer or Administrator.
  • Advanced experience with IBM RACF and IBM-ZSecure configuration/internals.
  • Experience with z/OS utilities and facilities.
  • Experience with database technology.
  • Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills, and ability to multi-task.
