As a Marketing Lead for Reduced Risk Products, you will play a critical role in leading our RRP Brand and supporting the team with day-to-day projects that drive volume and share delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling business cases backed by insights and business rationale
  • Craft annual strategic plans and actionable brand plans to achieve set KPIs
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide performance updates to leadership and stakeholders

You will work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and ensure ongoing brand engagement and reach consumer and trade in unconventional ways. As an expert in strategy development, you will manage budgets to deliver against financial targets and accounting principles. Your proficiency in Power BI and data analysis will enable you to track program management and brand performance effectively.

We are looking for a candidate with 5-6 years of related marketing experience, preferably in CPG. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with expertise in project management and excellent communication and persuasion skills. Industry knowledge is a plus.
