Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse- OR in our Casual Pool to assist in the operating room, ambulatory services, and provide excellent patient care in a supportive and culturally sensitive manner.

Key Qualifications

  • RN with current Certificate of Registration issued by the College of Nurses of Manitoba.
  • Operating Room certification from an accredited program - Certificate required.
  • Current BCLS certification is required.
  • Proven focus to provide excellent patient care.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, emphasizing assessment, education, prevention, maintenance, and restoration of patient health.

Additional Requirements

  • 2-4 years' recent experience in an acute care setting in the operating room/ambulatory care environment.
  • Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) perioperative nursing certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently within the surgical/ambulatory services environment to maintain patient flow.
