Demand Planning Specialist – Statistical Analysis

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation to analyze and maintain various metrics and data sets for construction, forestry, roadbuilding, mining, and other industrial equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating future product demand, developing and maintaining effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, providing input for inventory stocking levels, and ensuring timely product delivery. Additionally, the candidate will support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy, and communicate effectively with senior management.

Required skills include in-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis, advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports, excellent analytical and communication skills, and above-average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in a similar role, industry experience, and a strong understanding of business operations.
