Brandt is seeking a skilled Demand Planning and Forecasting professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, analyzing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal supply chain performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

• Provide insights for inventory stocking levels to ensure optimal product placement and timing.

• Collaborate with inventory teams to monitor levels and generate new orders as needed.

• Analyze demand-related issues and recommend resolutions.

• Propose and implement solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Proven background in demand planning/forecasting, data analysis, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.

• Experience analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.

• Ability to work with sales and marketing departments on pricing strategies.

• Multitasking capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
