Job Title: Manager of Demand Planning

Brandt is seeking a skilled Manager of Demand Planning to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing demand forecasting models, analyzing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product placement and timing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to monitor levels and generate new orders as needed.
  • Analyze demand-related issues and recommend resolutions.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance demand forecast accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in demand planning/forecasting, data analysis, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Experience analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
  • Ability to work with sales and marketing departments on pricing strategies.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
  • Previous industry experience is considered an asset.
