Position Summary: We are seeking a Java PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic team in Toronto, ON. This is a full-time position that requires a blend of technical skills and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and maintain applications using Core Java and PL/SQL.
  • Execute complex SQL queries and manage database interactions.
  • Utilize XML and messaging technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance application performance and reliability.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  1. A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the IT sector.
  2. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL (versions 10, 11, and 12) demonstrating high proficiency.
  3. 4+ years of experience in Java technologies, particularly in messaging and XML.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
  5. Experience with DB2 is an advantage.
