Job Opportunity

System Canada is seeking a skilled Java PL/SQL Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software systems using Java and PL/SQL technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and test software applications using Java and PL/SQL.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 7-8 years of experience in the IT industry.
  2. Minimum of 4+ years working on Oracle PL/SQL (Oracle 10, 11, and 12) with high proficiency.
  3. Experience working on Java technology (Messaging, XML) for at least 4+ years.
  4. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  5. Proficient in messaging, database handling, and web services in Java Technology.
  6. Experience on DB2 is a plus.
