Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales team at SK Global Traders Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 5-10 sales staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
  • Locate and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to promote sales.
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure business profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, and recruit and supervise staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • College education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
