Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 1 STOP AUTO REPAIR CENTER. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote products and services, and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including performance reviews, training, and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
