Retail Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 1 STOP AUTO REPAIR CENTER. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Manage Staff: Supervise and mentor sales staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
