Insurance Sales Support Specialist

About the Role
This position is a key part of a national team that aims to provide exceptional service to our selected advisors. As an Advisor Solutions Manager, you will deliver proactive and reactive sales support, forming strong working relationships and advocacy with all regions and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with regions and team members
- Drive productivity with our advisors
- Triage incoming requests and ensure timely response times
- Support advisors in accessing PPI's tools
- Support casework and quoting for the region
- Maintain industry and product knowledge
- Align resources to enable advisor sales growth
- Collaborate with other Advisor Solutions Managers
- Engage in actions that reflect PPI's ESG commitments
Requirements:
- 5 years financial services industry experience in a sales or sales support role
- College Diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Current life license or working toward
- Excellent English and French language skills
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
- Strong communication skills in virtual environments
- Proven ability to build strong relationships in multiple regions
- Understanding of the regulatory environment
- Ability to adhere to compliance legislation and guidelines
- Aptitude for new technologies
- Ability to manage various personalities and situations
