Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Compliance Mentorz Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising and training other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure efficient office operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain productivity
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries for employees and clients
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Receive and forward telephone and electronic enquiries to the appropriate personnel
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
