Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in retail management? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Dollarama L.P.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail store operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Manage staff, execute daily operational tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and train new employees, and develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the retail industry.
  • At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Open availability required (day, evening, weekend).
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
  • Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
