Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions, gifts, and acknowledgments
- Provide exceptional donor service and stewardship to ensure long-term relationships
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
