Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of fundraising strategies and initiatives that drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of donor interactions, gifts, and acknowledgments
  • Provide exceptional donor service and stewardship to ensure long-term relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fundraising and philanthropy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
