Our client is a reputable ICI General Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. With a robust pipeline full of exciting new projects, they specialize in new build ICI projects and pride themselves on the collaborative efforts within their teams, allowing them to undertake large-scale work, bringing them to the forefront of the construction industry.

Job Description

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project controls, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Develop and manage contracts for consultants, specialists, and contractors, including endorsements, amendments, and change orders.
- Oversee consultant services, including drawings, specifications, supervision, and work acceptance.
- Attend site meetings with professionals and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and supervise all site activities.
- Contribute to the development and updating of project schedules and participate in contract negotiations.
- Manage customer and subcontractor payment requests, review shop drawings and samples, and address technical questions related to plans and specifications.
- Monitor and resolve "Conflict Detections" during BIM project execution and ensure effective handling of project deficiencies and amendments.

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a heavy focus on ICI developments.
- A minimum of 3 completed ICI projects is an asset.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple multi-million dollar projects efficiently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with PMP certification or similar being a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of OBC.
