About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at New Feet. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to ensure the financial stability and growth of our business.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of our inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking of products.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing and Advertising

Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to promote our business and attract new customers.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role is required.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
