About the Job

Responsibilities
  • Motivate staff and improve morale through coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions using MS Excel.
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
