In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for project execution, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and budget adherence. Your primary focus will be on safety, planning, monitoring progress, scheduling, quality, cost management, estimating, reporting, and managing project changes under the direction of senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Plan, prepare, and manage construction schedules and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, including HSE regulations, company policies, and contract requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, labor productivity, work outcomes, budget, cost, and forecast.
