Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction
NorLand Limited is a leading industrial construction and maintenance contractor that delivers value-added engineering, project management, and construction services to materials-handling, mining, and other industrial and commercial sectors.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of successful project execution, including scope definition, execution planning, subcontractor management, reporting, scheduling, mobilization, engineering, design, procurement, subcontracts, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure project targets are achieved (budget, schedule, quality)
- Develop and maintain project budgets and provide regular reports to the General Manager
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements
- Develop execution plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Chair and attend onsite coordination meetings
- Secure bonding and project-specific insurance
Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in engineering, construction, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the industrial construction sector
- Significant experience mentoring, coaching, and leading teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
