Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manifest Growth Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Direct and control daily operations to meet business objectives.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Administrative Support
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials to team members.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.
    • Manage training and development strategies to enhance team performance.
    • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to team members.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
    • Prepare and present reports to management on team performance and operations.
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
    • Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Office Management
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week.
